Shipping
All orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours (2 working days). Orders placed outside normal working days (weekends, bank holidays etc) are dispatched the next working day.
Shipping charges are now calculated automatically and are based on the overall price of your order including packaging. For product totaling over £50 shipping is now free (exept fragile orders when the standard shipping fee will apply, bulky orders such as Hot Tubs, Spas and Pools may require specialist transport such as a Hiab so please contact us for a delivery price before ordering).
To view approximate shipping prices, simply add any item(s) to your cart and an "estimated shipping costs" box will appear in the right column. For shipping outside the UK please contact us before making your order as additional fees may apply alternatively select your destination country and shipping prices and options are displayed.
Returns
We make every attempt to accurately grade and inspect our goods and to list any defect(s) if found. However, should our goods or services fail to meet your expectations, please follow the steps laid out below.
If you wish to return any items, you may do so but we must be notified within 7 days. Please send us an email or phone us on 01903 367565 BEFORE returning an item. We will then send you an email detailing how to send your item back to us.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable but if easyfitpools.co.uk are at fault, i.e., the item has been incorrectly described or graded, return postage, up to First Class Royal Mail Postage will be refunded. Any fees over this amount will be the customers responsibility.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods are returned safely and securely. Returns will not be accepted if the returned product is NOT in a resalable condition.
Any refunds will be processed as quickly as possible once we have received the original item and will be paid in the same manner as the original order.
Items Lost In Transit
You are responsible for the safe return of your goods and we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost on their way back to us. We therefore recommend that a trackable delivery method that gives adequate compensation if a parcel gets lost is used. e.g. Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent if posting from outside the UK.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Goods must be returned to us in their original condition. The process for cancelling an order is the same as our returns procedure above. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of our receipt of the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for paying all returns costs for cancelled orders.
